#90 Zucchini Spaghetti Sauce

Zucchini Spaghetti Sauce

1 small zucchini, thinly sliced
1 cup broccoli florets, chopped
1 15 oz can diced tomatoes
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 garlic clove, minced
2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh basil
1/2 pound ground turkey, browned and drained
2 Tbsp canola or oil oil
salt and pepper to taste

Heat oil in skillet and sauté onion until clear.  Add garlic, zucchini, basil, broccoli, and tomatoes to pan and cook until tender.  Add cooked turkey meat to vegetables until heated through.  Serve immediately over cooked spaghetti noodles.
